Customer Review: It really does seem to keep foods fresher longer

I've had this for a few weeks now. And I have to admit I was skeptical. I didn't think the amount of air you could pump out would make a difference. But it seems i was wrong. I've tried storing salad, broccoli and spinach in them. And they seem to last much longer then they would normally. No browning at all on either the broccoli or spinach. The salad didn't get brown either but it wasn't in there very long.
It does seem a bit pricey for what it is though. The only reason i think the price might be justified is the life time guarantee. I read another review on here where someone contacted the company to replace a part they lost (which I wouldn't expect to be covered under a guarantee) and the company sent them a replacement free of charge. Good customer service like that seems worth an extra few dollars.
