Ideal for an ice bar or somewhere where the ambient temperature is near or below freezing, as they melt really quickly in a normal environment. Although I guess that's just a better excuse to take more shots in a shorter period of time. Additionally they can be difficult to hold while melting, especially after a few repetitions. So try to drink liquors that wont stain or in a place where and while wearing clothes that it wont matter.Customer Review: Not just ice.

Some have mention using hot water to make stronger clearer ice and that works, but I got to thinking... what else could I make shot glasses from? I melted some Jolly Ranchers and made shot glasses from those... turned out awesome. Next I'll try some chocolate. Also was thinking of using just plain melted sugar. Not sure how well gummy shot glasses wold work but I'm trying that. What else would make a good shot glass?Customer Review: Pretty Good

I knew the shot glasses wouldn't just slide out of the mold, but it is pretty difficult to get them out. It may just take some practice but I haven't found an easy way to remove them in the first couple of rounds. Other than that it works great, I suggest using very cold liquor (chilled in the freezer) with the shot glasses as well to get more than a couple of shots from them before holes melt into them.Customer Review: Awesome Product

Yeah, i saw them, thought of so many people i know that drink, and thought it was unique. Then i read some about it, it can withstand up to 416 degrees or some number like that so people were melting candy and making them and everything else. It will be great xmas presents for the drinkers i know, and fun for me to play with (i don't even drink). And it works great, the ice doesn't melt for a while.Customer Review: good cold fun

Got the item fast, shot glasses sometimes end up a little lopsided but usually not a problem unless left on really uneven surface in the freezer. My friend said the ones he had were hard to hold, these seem fine.
PROS:
cools your shots
no dirty shot glasses after just drop in hot water...
CONS:
cools your hands
leaves water puddles if left around
