The pumkin carving set is equipped with everything that's needed to make a jack-o-lantern.Let your kids in on the Halloween-time fun with this pumpkin carving set. The kit contains everything needed to create a jack-o'-lantern: a crayon to sketch out creative faces, a kid-safe knife to carve with, a scooper to remove the seeds, and a candle to finish off the project. Adult supervision is still advisable, but little ones can use the knife to carve a pumpkin of their very own. The saw-tooth blade is durable and effective, designed to carve through pumpkin rind with a sawing motion, but without a sharp edge that might injure. Both sides of the blade can be used, making it easy for lefties and righties to share, or for those less coordinated to make their own contribution. The handle end is slightly indented on one side for scooping out pulp, and a small raised notch on the other side is for writing on the pumpkin skin.
