I am having a formal dinner coming up later this year for the staff and their families at our church, normally run with the kitchen help about 35 people. The theme is Italian, and for a dessert I thought of making Cannoli. I needed the forms and the only place I could find them was at Amazon.com. After some practicing and making many cannoli, I know that the dessert at this dinner will be a hit. Not to mention that now any time during the year I can make these. They are fast and easy to make.Customer Review: WHAT ARE THESE THINGS MADE OUT OF??? ANYONE?

I guess my question would be what are these things made of? Are they metal or aluminum? I don't cook with anything that is aluminum since for years many of us in the science community clearly know that cooking with aluminum increases your chances of getting alzheimers.........I don't want this. But the ad does not state what alloy this item is and not only that it does not state where item is made. I prefer buying from US of A. Not China......... I have been wanting to make the traditional Italian Cannoli for a long while and hence I bought these forms from Amazon. Am I glad or what? They were a dream to work with and now I use them in many different recipes and just not for making cannoli shells. To many products to chhose from, so i chose this item because it was made of stainless steel and I did not want an inferior product. This product was as expected, performed well and I was happy with my choice.
If you want to make your own cannolis as I did I need to make sure my utensils were of high grade material. Recoomend this product to all you fellow bakers.
