Customer Review: Total Disappointment

Because I already owned 2 of these adorable port sippers, I decided to order 8 more so that I could enjoy them with friends. And because they are very delicate, I wanted to be sure that I had replacements. When the sippers arrived, one set of 4 was completely shattered because of poor packaging. I returned the 4 set that was shattered for a replacement. The replacement arrived with no protective packaging and, again was shattered. The next replacement also arrived with no packaging and, ofcourse, was also shattered. My money has been refunded for the impossible to replace 4 set. I still would like to purchase the 4 set, but someone needs to talk to the packaging people or robots about proper packaging of delicate glass items.
