This is a great subtle way to get a pack of energy surge through the body w/o the jittery and hyped side effect. It does get a little gritty and distasteful near the end of the dissolving mint.
Advice: place the mint sublingually (under the tongue) for maximum speed of absorption into the blood stream, this will bypass the liver on the first pass and enter the blood stream immediately to deliver its stimulant effect on the heart and dilate the vessels.
