Customer Review: Great product except the mason jar attachment.

This thing is wonderful and I use it everyday. If you get the mason jar attachment though, it doesn't hold in the fridge. When things get cold, the seal fails. The mason jars seal fine for storage of dry goods but won't work in the fridge. The canisters seems to work well everywhere, however. Overall, I love it.Customer Review: 1 Stars
I love Tilia's products but the older models Implode after age!I have tried to contact Tilia's web page, but I never get on line!
Like I said, I love Tilia products but when they explode in my hand I have a problem with that.
I whould like Tilia to at least respond to this matter!

Not at all happy with this product. The seal is way too thin. It would be much better to have a built in cutter so you don't have to cut bags individually from roll with scissors and not get a straight cut. You can't remove the seal plate to clean it.Customer Review: GOTTA HAVE THIS ONE

I have always been impressed with Tilia, but this one blows my mind. I absolutely love it. I use it for all my vacuuming needs and I cook a lot.
