Have had this Food Saver several months now and love it. It does not take up a lot of room. Is easy to use. When I buy large quantities of meat I divide it into the size portions we would use each meal and vacuum them. The meat keeps longer with no freezer burn. I also bought the vacuum lids and they work well with my canning jars. I have some of the canisters that are also made by Food Saver and have not had good luck with them. They do not keep their seal.Customer Review: Great way to save money, buy in bulk.

After Our other foodsaver died, I hound this one on Amazon and the $$$$ was terrific. The product is top of the line and will save you a lot of money by buying in bulk. Even traveling, it is a great way to take some those 3-1-1 on the plane.Customer Review: Totally awesome system

I had an older model Vacuum packer and it just vacuum sealed with no control over vacuum pump. This Item works well with its pulse mode to package rolls bagels etc. it is also great for resealing chip bags etc.

These are always great products. This is my second one. I loved it then, and I love it now. We are wasting less food and that's a great thing.
