This works very well for crackers . Because it will not crush them. This product works very well -- exactly as advertised. I grow and can my own horseradish. Because heat will destroy the flavor of horseradish, I cannot process and can it in the way most vegetables are preserved. The vacuum sealer is the perfect solution.Customer Review: simple

These lid sealers are so simple and so handy, I use them to vacuum seal a jar full of canned goods in the refrigerator all the time, easy access to a few scoops of dice tomatoes or corn etc then reseal. No worries about spoilage or waste.Customer Review: Necessary size to own

This size is what I needed for the regular mouth size jars both pint and quart. Hardly anyone offers this size since many buy the wide mouth jars now. I am thankful that I finally found this size and it works beautifully.

I bought the wide mouth sealer in the accessory set. It's nice to have both sizes -- and be able to seal either size of jar. Works great for sealing ANYTHING in a canning jar (or a mayonaise jar, if you can find glass jars anymore).
