Like others said, no box. Feels very unprofessional of FoodSaver.
$.057 an inch, not too expensive.
I love these things though.
I have tripled my freezer space, freezing duration, and time use.
It's nice being able to make large batches of stuff like ravioli and TAMALES!!!! on the weekend and keep them. Making hugely complex meals is a pita.
Almost forgot sous vide. Google it.

The rolls do not come in a Food Saver box, so upon opening the package I was surprised to find the rolls loose in the box. I've been using Food Saver for several years and these rolls look exactly like the other rolls I've purchased. I prefer ordering the rolls since I can make any size bag I need, which saves money on wasted bag/roll material.Customer Review: Good product but pricey

Cut the bags long and they will last longer. Remember that you lose an inch or more every use. Yikes!
I use a paper cutter to cut the bags straight and at right angles to the sides -- and fast. Then I cut the bag open using care to cut close to the heat seal.
More later -- I am inventing something for these bags!

Foodsaver rolls are simply the best on the market, I have tried other brands, but they do not hold the flavor of frozen foods as long as the foodsaver brand does. If you need long term freezer storage (6+ months for some foods) - use foodsaver, if you don't need to store food that long, you might find the other brands work for you.Customer Review: Foodsaver T010-00150-001 3 pack 11"x18" roll

Not a real good bargain! After we purchased it we found our local BI Mart store had the same product for just a dollar more (but no shipping charges, which actually makes them less expensive than online). I will buy these again only if free SS shipping. Otherwise, I'll purchase locally.
