After reading the reviews I concluded the negative reviews were from those who refuse to read instructions or are unable to follow instructions. The day we got our V3825 home we ran 25 packages without any problem what so ever. Since then we have ran both bag materials and the roll material vacuum packing meats and processed razor clam. This is the first Food Savier I have ever had and we love it. It's easy and quick with no hassels. I leave it on the counter so the size is just right for that. Ifind that even when you defrost things in the bags that came with the product, that it is faster to defrost than normal freezing. As with previous models this sealer works great but unlike the older models this one is automatic so you don't have to hold it down to start the seal. When you enter the bag to seal the end it wastes almost 2 inches because you have to push it so far into the machine then when you seal the product it wastes another almost 2 inches.Customer Review: Love it!

This is wonderful for the thrifty cook! Buy family pak meats, divide to your portion sizes & save $$$! Sharp looking and space trendy, takes a bit of time to learn its perks, but a must have if you love to cook & save. Frozen meats are perfect, pasta is ready to boil, accessories a must! A must have!
