This Fissler Original Pro Collection pot is made to last! It heats evenly and quickly, even when boiling water on my gas stove. But the pot is a little heavy all by itself, so full of water it can be hard to manage. The turned up handles stay cool on the stove and really help the pouring when draining pasta. If you want a very durable lifetime stock pot, this may be the one!
