I always trust in every Fissler product. I think the quality of Fissler and All-Clad are in the same level. This pasta lifter is heavy,solid one piece steel. It's shiny and beautifully polished. My 8 years old boy looked at it for 5 seconds and asked me "is this very expensive?"

I have good time to lift up Chinese dumplings,pastas or noodle. I even use it as a small colander,slot spoon and skimmer. This Fissler pasta lifter is a great investment.
