Mrs. Spudman tells me that these are her favorite pair of scissors, and she has no shortage of scissors. She uses these Fiskars for her sewing and quilting projects, and they never fail her. For a very sharp, comfortable pair of scissors that can cut through the most demanding of fabrics, she highly recommends these scissors. Even after several years of frequent use the durable Fiskars have maintained their sharpness and good performance.

She let me make a few cuts with her favorite pair of scissors, and I must say they are very comfortable and quite remarkable in function.

Unlike conventional scissor blades. Fiskars' Razor-edged blades are precision-ground and hand buffed to a 30-Degree angle. That steeper blade angle means smooth effortless cutting even through multiple layers of the toughest materials. A must have for sewing and quilting. Softouch design-spring action handles for easier cutting. Cushioned grip provides added comfort while the spring action reduces hand fatigue. Measures 8-inch blades/10 long. Caution. Extremely sharp edges. Keep out of reach of children.
