Customer Review: Excellent for trimming dog hair

If you do some internet searches you will find quality dog scissors in the $50 to $65 range. The higher price have 48 small teeth for thinning that avoid straight cut lines. Too much money or can't afford it at least for now?
We have a Golden Retriever. Lots of Golden owners will appreciate how much we want our dogs to look nice going overboard here and there. No matter what dog you have you want to do more even if they never ask for anything but affection.
Lots of other expenses lately cause me to put off the $65 dollar scissors. These Fiskars Classic are simple, cheap and very good. Our "Amber" (eyes) Golden has fine hair which might make cutting easier. For several years the Fiskars have worked well as I have learned how to trim better.
Recently bought the Fiskars Left Hand Scissors and noticed the blade finish is superior to the slightly cheaper one here. If you look closely at these blades you can see machine cut lines vertical to the cutting edge. Perhaps this aides the cutting by keep the hair from slipping down the edge as they cut. The Left Hand are smooth. Also these generic scissors are easier to twist around when trimming from multiple angles.
These pretty cheap scissors are great for hair cutting and have lasted for many years.
