I've seen this a few places but found Fiestaware cheaper on-line. I love mine. When we re-did our dining room in terra cotta, sunshine yellow and cream with black accents I didn't think about how my current dishes would not fit in very well! Now with Fiestaware, the yellow is bright and matches well. It's not easy finding bright yellow!
It's very durable and it comes in a variety of different sizes and many, many things to choose from, not just plates, but serving dishes and bowls, vases, pitchers, etc.
I would recommend this for anyone wanting color and durability in their dishware.

Dinner Plate 10 1/2"First introduced in 1936 by the Homer Laughlin China Company and reissued in 1986 to mark the 50th anniversary of the line, colorful Fiestaware has been a collectable dinnerware favorite for generations. While original Fiestaware can fetch prices as high as $6,000 for a rare piece in a rare color, new Fiestaware is affordable, features the same great styling as the originals, and, unlike older pieces, has a 100 percent lead-free glaze. With the signature Fiestaware concentric rings around the plate rim, this plate complements other Fiestaware dinnerware and accessories. The glaze is nonporous and durable, but some stainless-steel flatware may leave marks on the plate. These marks can be removed with a nonabrasive cleanser. --Emily Wolf
