this item is very green. it was the perfect gift. my friend that likes fiesta didn't have one in this color and enjoyed it as expected. I agonized over giving it to her, after it arrived i liked it so much, in fact. i've never bought a breakable item of this sort from amazon and everything was fine when it arrived so i would have/will buy more breakable from amazon in the future because i was very satisfied.
