Customer Review: My first disappointment with Amazon

My disappointment is not with the product, but with whoever is responsible for packaging/shipping the product. I ordered a package of six Feliway refills. I was sent one Feliway refill instead of one package of six. However, my credit card was charged the price of the package of six plus shipping and handling. QA should have at least caught the noticable discrepancy in pricing between one 'package' and one 'item'. I contacted the returns department, and was helped by a very nice young lady with barely adequate English language skills who had some difficulty understanding the problem, or perhaps understanding me. I did send the product back, and promptly received an email confirming that the credit card charge will be reversed. I have conducted many transactions with Amazon, mostly regarding books and DVD/CD's. This is the only time I have had any problems.
