Nothing against Fat Daddio products, I just ordered the wrong size pan.
The 1 in side to this pan is a little low for what I needed. The pan was not as heavy duty as I thought it would be but it does serve it's purpose. I should have ordered a pan with higher sides. If your thinking about getting a Tart pan get one with a 1 1/2 or 2 in side.
