This scale is ok, it's small and lightweight which makes it easy to carry in a pocket. The scale does not seem to be very accurate though, my first few attempts at weighing, wound up in the scale giving me some insane measurements, almost like something was interfering with it. I thought when I purchased my scale that they where brand new, but from the looks of mine you can clearly see a spot rubbed off on the face of the plate from use. If you don't need to be really accurate in you measurements this scale would be good choice.Customer Review: Great scale for the price

I ordered this scale on a whim hoping it would be perfect for what I wanted to use it for. I got the scale and expected a cheap scale that might not even work. The scale works great and i have had no problems yet. The scale is kind of different from the picture, but it does have a light up display (something a lot of cheap scales don't have). If you just want a cheap scale to mess around with (for nothing too serious), then pick this decent scale up. It is about the same quality as the $20-40 electric scales in stores.Customer Review: Better than expected

I am on a restricted diet and must weigh my food. I put a small cup on the scale and turn it on. The scale will zero out with the cup and then I weigh the food in the cup. I found this to be an added plus. Other features I like, Small size, regular AAA batteries and easy storage. Could be used as a letter scale for postage if you use the cup as described above and then put the letter on top.

I don't know why, but I expected this scale to be a little bigger than a shirt pocket. It's great for weighing small snack food, such as nuts, berries, etc., but to weigh deli meats and larger items it is just too difficult. I guess it was pretty cheap and very accurate, so if you need it for small items, then you can't beat it. If you want to weigh larger items, you might want to step up to something a little bit larger. It is nice for traveling, because it is small, but I think it will have limited usefulness.Customer Review: alright

I bought this and works well, but it goes through batteries fast. The batteries that came with it new, didn't work. I put new duracell batteries into it then weight things. Decided to weigh things the next day and the batteries were dead. Scale came on and flashed that it was a low battery and then went off. It did this a few times until I decided to just take the batteries out when i'm not using it. works well like that and i've read that other people have the same problem on other websites and even amazon.
