The skillets were used as soon as I got them and I am very satisfied with them. Both skillets cook evenly all over and the food just slides out. The 8" and 10" skillets are fine for 1 or 2 people but there are 6 of us so we need larger ones. My skillets are a beautiful shade of red. Since my last ones were black the change to red is wonderful. I highly recommend the Farberware Select set.Customer Review: Amazing!!!

I wish I could give this product 10 stars!! I bought these two skillets as a set for 7.99 and got two very high-quality skillets that I absolutely love to use!!! I am still shocked I got such a deal on them; kitchenware is so expensive these days. I got them in red and they are absolutely gorgeous. I love using them and would recommend them to anyone!!! I am not a great cook, and always used to manage sticking something to the pans i used before. i got this in Friday Only Sale @ amazon for 8.99. Great value for money, and above all it is really non-stick. Handle is great, and doesn't become too hot. I wish they had 12'inch pan as well in this. Red color looks awesome. i love these pans. The only reason I did not give these a 5 star rating is that the sticker that was adhering to the non-stick surface has left a stain that will not come off with washing or use, I had thought that odd, no noticable taste issue, and afraid to use too much force and destroy the finish of the pan.
It does not affect cooking, nothing sticks to it, probably just a fluke...

I purchased the Red Farberware 8 and 10 inch skillets thinking I would just use them occasionally, but now they are the ones I use the most!!! I have expensive Cephalon skillets, but I tell you what, these out perform them in a flash!! They heat fast and evenly and are super easy to clean, ( you can literally wipe these clean!!). I would highly recommend these to anyone..
