These pans have worked wonderfully so far for our various cooking needs. I trusted the quality because I know the brand to be good and the reviews were also encouraging. I agree that the packaging might be an issue as we bought two sets and some of the outside got scratched up on one set. However, since the inside wasn't affected, I was still ok with it. These are fantastic for the money ($7.50) with free shipping. The pans are just the right weight and they are certainly non-stick. Something to keep in mind is that the handle gets hot. With other pans it is obvious but the silicone grip can be deceptive. It is only to assist with holding the pan and oven mits or gloves (or extreme caution) should be used when handling the pan. When I bought these, they were very cheap and I didn't have any nonstick cookware, so I bought them. They have treated me well for what I have used them for. However, they are very thin (probably a good thing, because they probably heat up fast because of that), and I think they are unable to withstand high heat because of that, which is the reason I took off a star.Customer Review: These pans are great!

I am thrilled with my purchase of these pans. I have been very careful to only use plastic or nylon cooking utensils because I don't want to mess up the non-stick coating. They really are great, everything seems to cook evenly in them and nothing sticks to them. While they were on sale I actually bought a second set of them for if these wear out.Customer Review: For this price, you can't go wrong

Listen, I had already bought my wife some other more expensive pans for xmas, but when I saw the price on these, I couldn't pass it up. They were selling a 2-pack at Wally-World for $20, so 2 pans for under $10 instead? What a no-brainer! They look good, and seem to work good too. And it's great having a couple extra pans around! Great Deal!
