Customer Review: Regarding the quality of product

I'm highly disappointed in the glass lid and the company overall. The first shipment was lost in the mail. The second shipment was put on back-order and didn't arrive until 2 months later.
Additionally...... It was supposed to fit a 10" frying pan, but it doesn't. The lid diameter turned out to be a 9" lid instead and sits too far into the pan to be of any use.
On the contrary, the lid appears to be a very sturdy one and would probably serve well in the kitchen if it had been the appropriate size. Secondly, the company was very professional and apologetic about the delay in shipment and agreed to send a second lid as soon as possible, free of charge.
