No recipes are "inspired" like you will find throughout "Miss Vickie's" and to a slightly less degree in Lorna Sass books.
Buy it only if you want lots of good info on canning, plus recipes for baby octopus and cut-up squid.
Now I have to figure out how to return the book to Amazon.
