The Fagor "made in China" canning rack rusted the second time I used it and left a rust stain in the bottom of my Fagor Canner. While, I did get the stain out, it looks like the rack is of very poor quality and I do not recommend it.Customer Review: canning kit

great kit however the book that comes with the kit needs some work. The photos in the book are NOT accurate with the descriptions. I recommend that if you need canning instructions or recipes you get a separate book.Customer Review: required if you are going to can anything!

Don't forget to get these accessories when you buy your canner. Without them you will have a hard time properly prepping your jars or getting them out of the hot water!

Just getting started so bought this same time we bought pressure cooker. Didn't need anything fancy. Not sure how much or how long we will do canning. This fit the bill perfectly.
