Customer Review: Broken handle - Fagor is fragile

Hi Amazon shoppers:
I purchased a 6 qt Fagor duo, and it arrived today.
The exterior UPS shipping box was damaged, but not the internal Fagor box the pressure cooker that had directions, pictures, etc.
My conclusion is that the item was broken before it was shipped, possibly when it was packed.
Please read all of the Amazon reviews carefully. You will find that others have had this similar experience.
Also, there was a reviewer who provided a nice video review who commented on the handle... in his video, he banged on the handle attached to the top... not the handle attached to the bottom: the handle attached to the bottom is secured with a small screw where the problems begin. Beware. This fancy pressure cooker is designed poorly.
In Amazon's favor, I must add I went to there web page where you can request a phone call immediately... they phoned within 1 second, and arranged to have the defective item returned to Amazon via UPS at no cost to myself, other than having to tote it over to a UPS store.
So, my conlusion is: Amazon is a great relator.... but Fagor? Well, it is a poorly designed and overpriced item made in China. At twice the cost of an American-made item, I question the wisdom of such a purchase... mainly because none of the American-made cookers (Presto and Mirro) have a reputation for manufacturing a fragile item.
