This three-piece kit is designed to help pressure cooker zealots further simplify their cooking routine. The kit comes with a colorful, 140-page cookbook, Tastefully Under Pressure, which features over 90 delicious and mostly nutritious recipes, from Spanish Gold Sautéed Chicken to Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, that have already been tested in a Fagor pressure cooker. A 2-cup measuring beaker made of shatterproof plastic assists with measuring either liquids or solids and is microwave- and dishwasher-safe. The final tool in this kit is a digital kitchen timer, which keeps track of how long a meal has been cooking. This 2-inch square timer has an attractive stainless-steel exterior and mounts to a range with a magnet or to a cabinet with a clip. The timer only has three buttons--one to turn the power on or off, one to set the minutes, and one to set the seconds--so is easy to operate. When time is up, the timer emits a super-loud beep that most cooks will be able to hear from another floor of the house.
