This works beautifully. It minces herbs in minutes. A very well constructed and attractive cutting implement. I'd give it 5 stars if it had arrived with a properly honed edge. It had a slight burr from manufacturing, which I removed with a sharpening steel. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with it.
