Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Exceptional Products SAB001 Save A Blade Automatic Razor SharpenerCustomer Review: Broke after 3 weeks Summary: 1 Stars
I thought if it makes my blades last even 50% longer, it would be worth the money, but I did try it for two weeks, and it did seem to make the blade last a little longer, thought it did not feel like a new blade. Then, after only about three weeks of use the small piece on the inside that actually spins and sharpens the blade broke. My buying advise: spend the $20 on a couple more blades, and skip this product.
Customer Review: save A blade Summary: 5 Stars
I Bought this item about 2 months ago and it is 1 of the best things I have used in A long time. It keeps my razor blade just like new and you only have to use it about every other day. I am 77 years old and shave every day and this has cut down my cost by I don`t know how much as I don`t know when I will have to buy razors again . I ordered my 2nd save a blade just to be safe. It is great.
Customer Review: Does not do what it claims Summary: 1 Stars
Do not buy this product. This product does not do what it claims. The treatment it applies to the blade makes the blade duller and the shave afterwards is worsened. In my experience, it in fact shortened the life of the razor. I followed the direction and used the correct type of blades, and I tried on several blades before making the conclusion that the sharpener does not work.
Customer Review: Another As Seen on TV ripoff Summary: 1 Stars
In no way does this make your blade last longer. Instead, you'll just cut yourself and rub raw places on your skin. Once it even modified the blade so that with every stroke, the blade left a perfect straight line of whiskers behind. It's only through the decrepit state of George W. Bush's Federal Trade Commission that a product like this is allowed on the shelves.
Customer Review: NO GO!! Summary: 1 Stars
I was really disappointed with this product. I tried everything to get it to sharpen my old blade, and it was just brutal. I wish I could get my money back or something. So I decided to try and save you the money. I love infomercials and that is where I found this POS. Don't buy it. Use a butter knife and you can sharpen your blade better. Ugh
