It was easy to install this cartridge for the water filter on the line that goes to the ice maker in the refrigerator. The hardest part was getting behind the refrigerator to shut the water supply off. After that, you just twist gently and pull the old cartridge out and then align and push the new cartridge in and twist. It came with instructions which explain the process well.

Reduces asbestos fibers, dirt, chlorine taste and odor, mold and algae. Taste the difference. Everything made with water tastes better. Scale inhibitor blended into the Micro-Pure? material reduces mineral build-up in water using appliances. Replacing the cartridge is sanitary and as easy as changing a light bulb.
