Customer Review: planned obsolence- not a durable product

After about 7 months, the 50 cent clip that locks the barrel to the motor unit broke. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could buy a replacement part. There is no such part for sale. A customer service representative said she would send a new unit but she never followed through. I'm left feeling like I got duped out of 50 dollars so will not buy another unit nor any other products by this company. Customer Service should always follow through with their promises, otherwise they leave a cheap and dishonest business practices.
