Customer Review: It Works Just Great For Me!

I'm not sure what the problem is for the other reviewers. I suspect that they are not filling the pot enough. Every slow cooker has to be at least 3/4 full in order not to overcook the food. I have made about 20 recipes in this cooker and have not had any problems at all. Here are some of the things I have made: chili, beef bourignon, shredded bbq chicken, orange chicken, cranberry pork roast, vegan sweet potato chili, chicken taco soup, and african peanut soup. I have been mostly happy with all, absolutely thrilled with some. I do not use the high setting unless I'm cooking beans. Maybe they fixed whatever the problem was, mine is about 6 weeks old. I only gave four stars because it doesn't have a timer or any fancy features. Also, there are three settings so perhaps the other reviewers should try the keep warm if they feel the low is too high for their recipe? Just an idea!
