I ordered this to replace a Bissel steamer I had - actually 2 which died or malfunctioned within a year. After reading reviews I decided to try this one & i'm glad I did. For daily touch ups its nice. Easy to use, light weight. Seems to get up dirt easily. I would've preferred 4 pads instead of 2 but otherwise this prcie coupled with free shipping & the quality of this product - I'm satisified.
