Our Escali penduline scale worked great for over 3 years, accurate and easy to use and always available, hanging on the kitchen wall. After replacing the battery, the scale did not work properly. But the Escali people stood behind their warrenty even when we couldn't find our receipt. They took for purchase proof a copy of a Quicken entry. We received a new scale in less than a week from sending back the defective one.Customer Review: Not worth the money

Not only is it difficult to use, the company does not stand behind this product and would not assist us when a part was misplaced. The company was quite rude when we spoke with them about it.
