Customer Review: Nice alternative to bamboo

We've used the bamboo boards for several years but they don't like the dishwasher, are somewhat bulky, and tend to warp with age.
The Epicurian board is also sustainable like bamboo, but it's extremely thin and completely dish-washer safe. My only criticism is that this board is quite small (8' x 6') so it's only useful for smaller chopping operations - but then most of the time, I'm only cooking for two.

Amazing cutting board for a bargain price at Amazon. Nice quality, we own a couple in different sizes and use them daily with Zwilling knives. Both the cutting boards and the knives stay in great condition.
