I purchased this unit for the hygrometer, not the thermometer. However, when I first set up the unit the temperature seemed very low. I set it on my room thermostat, next to a third thermometer. This unit was consistently a minimum of six degrees lower than what the other two registered.
Humidity appears to be slightly off, maybe two or three percent. In my case that's insignificant enough as not to be a problem.
Trying to figure this out now, but it appears I need to now pay both the original shipping AND the return shipping costs to return what is clearly a defective unit. I'll happily update this review if I'm mistaken.
