Customer Review: Not what I thought I was getting

Items arrived very quickly, however that was the only good thing about my purchase. Didnt expect wonders when paying $17.95 for a set of 6 labels, but was more than dissapointed. Purchased labels as a gift to go along with decanters, but the poor quality would have embarassed me. The metal was splotchy like it had been damaged with water or had tarnished & the labels were not at all as in the image provided by the seller on Amazon.com. The impressions of the stamped letters were hardly there & the letters all were yellow/orangish instead of having an engraved appearance. Also items were not shipped with any invoice or packing slip. Labels were shipped a little on the unconventional side, metal label to metal label with no padding in between, all grouped together in a tiny piece of clear plastic, all rubber banded together.
Seller was not overly helpful but said I could return items, granted upon inspection they were in perfect, unused condition. However, the $6.00+ shipping fee was non-refundable & I had to pay to ship it back. Hopefully items will return correctly since I had no receipt sent to me; was instructed to write my Amazon order # in marker on the return envelope...Also the customer service rep. is having me return the items to a different address than they had been sent from...Not too happy with the whole situation. Never had a problem in the years Ive been buying off of Amazon, but will not buy from this seller again.
