I have a half time convection/microwave oven and I use this bacon thingy all the time, I love it.. Quick and easy. Here's a hint. Use some cleaning vinegar that you can get in the little spritz bottles and spritz the bacon wave with that before you rinse, or spritz it with a little Mean Green(or other degreaser) straight from the bottle and let it sit for a few minutes and it'll wash clean as a whistle with no scrubbing.Customer Review: Bacon Wave-- Don't Microwave At Full Power!

I love this product... I bought it as a replacement for one I had used for many years that finally fell apart. It is great for reducing the oiliness of the bacon and making it nice and crispy. The only suggestion I have that was NOT included in the instructions is to microwave on less-than-full power. Our microwave is apparently very powerful and melted the plastic to the bacon the first time we used it.Customer Review: Melted after 5 uses, not much costomer service.

Mine melted after about 5 uses. Called the company and they wouldn't replace it without a picture of the melted item and a copy of the receipt. They even told me they had a few bad batches that had done this. I will give it one more try as it was great till the melting and a good way to cook a lot but this time I will keep my receipt and if it melts I will mail the thing to them bacon and all.Customer Review: The BEST!

Our family loves this method of cooking bacon, and we use it every week (at least) for Sunday breakfast. Easy to use and uniform bacon slices don't shrink making it GREAT for BLT sandwiches too! Having this in the house adds BLT's to my list of quick and easy dinner choices, as the microwave does all the work while I just wash the lettuce and slice tomatoes. I have only used this item twice. The first time it worked great i was happy even with the ends cooking together. The second time however i had some of the prongs melt together and ended up with plastic covered bacon. i would not recommend this product to anyone. if you like plastic with your bacon then you might like this product
