The traditionally-shaped bowl holds almost six quarts and measures 6 inches deep and 10-1/2 inches across, with just a hint of horizontal ribbing. Color saturates the outside while the inside is glazed a bright white.Renowned for their quality and durability, high-fired Emile Henry ceramics have been crafted in the Burgundy region of France since 1850. Even after years of use, the glossy, translucent glaze on Emile Henry stoneware won't discolor, crackle, or show utensil marks.
