Customer Review: Makes butter the perfect consistency for spreading

It is such a pleasure to enjoy the use of spreadable butter on a variety of foods again. The consistency of the butter in the Emile Henry Le Potier butter pot is always PERFECT! I expected it to be too soft, but it's not. Just leave the pot on the counter and refresh the water twice a week. It's simple! The opening is a little smaller than I would like, but I have no difficulty getting the butter out. I can get the majority of it out with a regular knife. When it is almost completely empty, I use a small spatula to get every last bit of the butter. I wash it in the dishwasher, but have also washed it by hand. It cleans easily if it is soaked in hot soapy water.
What a perfect gift this would be for all of my low carb diet friends.
