bought this on sale,love Emile Henry,this is a wonerful piece of fine cookware.Easy clean up.So far I cooked a roast and is was really good the dish locks in the juices,and I even tried baking a cake in it,for fun.I was suprised it was so beatiful i made me wonder why I was using my old cake have not put in the dishwasher,I prefer to wash by hand,I avoid chipping that way.well worth the money.
