Excellent product. Got this for xmas last year and it was the best gift ever. Easily opens and removes cork with just he push of a button. Battery stays charged for MONTHS. Bought this for my daughter for xmas and she is just as amazed with the ease of operation. Great product and would refer to anyone who hates opening wine bottles!Customer Review: Nope....

Most of the other reviewers must have received a different model. My opener opens about 1 out of 10 bottles. It is always a surprise when a cork is actually removed.
With so many good manual openers on the market, why would one waste counterspace and money on this needless, inoperative gaget?
Get a Rabbitt instead.

I bought two of the Emerson Electric Wine Bottle Openers; one for me and one for a gift. Mine broke within a month of little use and when my friend (that I gifted the other opener to) noticed I wasn't using my opener, she told me that her opener also broke. Two for two.....I have nothing good to say for this product.Customer Review: does not work for me

it doesn't lock onto the bottle top and you really have to hold it steady to get it to work. unfortunately, all my attempts to get it to work have been futile. I prefer the standard wine bottle opener kit that I received from Brookstone several years ago. I think this wine bottle opener is a waste of moneyCustomer Review: Disatisfied

This product was very disappointing - it did not take the cork out of the wine bottle and was a waste of my money. Bought 2 - 1 as a gift and found out later
the item gifted didn't work at all as it was missing a prong in the stand so didn't charge at all.
Very disappointed.
