I open literally hundreds of bottles of wine as the person who supports wine parties in several non-profit support organizations. I've gone through many types of wine openers in the past 5 years. This is the greatest! How come it took so long to get on the market? One of these also solved the opener problem at our theater intermission bar which is staffed with elderly personnel who didn't have the strength for many of the other types of openers.Customer Review: This is the worse electric wine bottle opener

I had a Oster electric wine opener for 2 years and it finally died. So I bought the Emerson electric wine opener on Walmart.com. I only had it 2 months before the cork got jammed in the barrel. Before it got jammed we kept noticing how it sounded weaker and weaker. I took it back to Walmart and found the Waring Pro electric wine bottle opener at Costco. I have read alot of positive reviews. I have my fingers crossed on the Waring opener.Customer Review: Quick and Easy

A "Consumer Reports" favorable rating convinced me to buy the product. Not disappointed. It takes about ten(10) seconds to uncork a wine bottle. Simply amazing. No one using a conventional method is that quick. The opener has a beautiful black matte finish and looks handsome in the kitchen. Also comes with a foil cutter discreetly hidden in the charging stand. A great wine opener you will not regret purchasing.Customer Review: Horrible

I ordered 4 Emerson B060 electrci bottle openers and had them shipped as gifts to 3 locations. 3 of the 4 do not work and its impossilbe to get through to the company to find out how to return and or get a refund. Very unhappy and equally difficult to contact someone at Amazon to find out how to proceed. I tried calling the company I ordered from and get a busy signal or a fax answers. I received the opener as a gift and immediately tried to open a bottle of wine..hmm didn't work so well. THEN I read the instructions. After it was properly charged - it worked like a charm; not only to uncork the bottle but to eject the cork from the opener. I have arthritus in my hands and this is a blessing for wine lovers. Hope you have the B060 in stock soon...makes a great gift.
