We did a lot of research before we purchased our new ovens. We love the appearance, the quality, the ease-of-use, the ultraglide racks, and the many features of this double oven. Baked goods brown evenly, the broiler works great, and the user interface is wonderful. We are still getting accustomed to using the convection oven features, but we use the recipe conversion feature to get the temperature setting for a recipe that uses conventional oven temperatures.
