I've been able to make great quesadiilas really easily, but the replaceable plates don't seem to wash very well in the dishwasher even though they say they are dishwasher safe. Also, the grill piece seems to drain out onto the counter instead of the little tray (I think it could be made larger, then this wouldn't be a problem.Customer Review: Great Buy!

Got this because of the size and the fact that it featured two types of heating surfaces. I have not had any trouble with it at all. I use this pretty often and it works very well. I have not had any trouble with parts or the changeable surfaces.Customer Review: outstanding product

We uses this at our school snack bar. It cooks evenly and fast. The clean up is also very easy. We liked it so much we even purchased another one. Great for families and large groups.
