I've owned a lot of cookware in my life -- and this is one of the best all purpose pots I've owned. I use it nearly every day. In the past, I made the mistake of putting my nonstick cookware in the dishwasher, but never again! The dishwasher is way too hard on good cookware like this. I am going back for more of this brand, because I like that it's eco-friendly, the green is a great color, and the food just slides right out. The other day I accidentally scorched some milk in my pot, but the clean up was a breeze, took all of 5 minutes. I hand wash this green baby every night, let it air dry, and it's like brand new. Also, the glass lid is heavy, perfect for all of your cooking needs. Today I am going back for a smaller saucepan. More colors would be super, too! Do not hesitate with this purchase, I've owned cookware that was WAY more expensive than this. Five stars!!!

Ecolution Cookware features Hydrolon - PFOA free nonstick which results in fewer Greenhouse Gases. Hydrolon is water based. We replaced nasty PFOA solvents with water. When the non-stick is applied to the pan water solvent evaporates rather then emitting PFOA into the air. Eco is part of our name and our products. If you share a genuine concern for the planet, we have something in common. We believe that cooking well in the kitchen and doing good for the planet can happen at the same time.
