Crazy good customer service. They really stand behind their products at EatSmart. They responded to my review within minutes of it posting and sent out a new scale. They accidentally sent out another bad scale but again within minutes of knowing about it it is now being taken care of. So yeah 5 stars for customer service and hopefully 5 stars for the next scale.

I got this scale about a year ago and out of the box it was great. 2 or 3 months later I noticed the scale would reset itself in the middle of me weighing ingredients. I thought it was weird, but maybe it was just confused because I was weighing ingredients for several recipes and that it just needed a break. Turns out the batteries were loose. Yet, the problem still persisted. I just let it go and made sure to keep an eye on the scale. Now lately it's having trouble registering small amounts. I needed a few grams of salt but it just would not register until finally I gave up. Those cookies came out salty. So today I changed the batteries. Brand new. Tried to weigh some powdered sugar and the scale reset twice! I checked, the batteries are in securely. Very, very frustrating! I was so excited when I got this scale and now I'm just sorely disappointed and not looking forward to having to buy a new scale. Sigh.
