First off...I am a seller on Amazon, but this is one of the items that I am going to keep for myself. Extremely lightweight with quiet operation, this is an all floors vacuum that cleans like none other.
I previously owned a Dirt Devil Breeze Bagless Upright, which has the same clear collection bin where you can watch the dirt cleaning action. To test the DC24's cleaning claims, I first vacuumed the carpet with the Dirt Devil(with a new filter), then followed it with the DC24 Blueprint. In short, the DC24 canister was FULL of debris even after I vacuumed it thoroughly with the Dirt Devil. I then went to the hardwood floors for the next test. I swept the floor of any visible dirt. I then shut off the brush on DC24 for bare floor mode and started cleaning...it picked up massive dust bunnies, hair and dirt that was invisible to the eye. Amazing!
