Simply put, this toaster is more than I hoped it would be. It's extremely well built, simple to use, toasts very nicely and the look far surpases my expectations. Wish we could've found a toaster of this quality built in the USA. I love that if you're toasting one slice of something that you can switch the toaster to toast one side only. If you are fed up with the normal junk called toasters and made in Asia, this Dualit is just what you need.
It is not cheap, but is made like a battleship, and mine has passed the test of time in more than 5 years of ownership.
Even the crumb tray still looks new.
No gadgets to break - just commercial quality all around.
Treat yourself to quality, buy this toaster.
