Customer Review: Not Worth The Shipping Cost

All this is is a piece of black foam rubber with a velcro strip on the back to attach to the door. Anyone can make this themselves. And while it may work on doors that don't open to the outside and that are on non-carpeted floors as in the picture, this does not work a d@mn to keep an outside draft out on a door leading to the outside. The only reason I did not return the item is that the return shipping would have cost the same as the actual product.
Oh, and before I forget--shipping took forever. Two weeks. Even Amazon wrote me to ask me whether I had received shipping confirmation from this seller because they hadn't. At one stage it looked like they had taken my money and ran away because we got no response and no shipping confirmation.
I suggest to anyone wanting to block door drafts to buy the old-fashioned draft stoppers. We got the Door and Window Draft Stopper by Blue Ridge here on Amazon for a few dollars more than this piece of junk. And don't buy that Twin Draft Guard either. Too cumbersome--every time you open and close the door you have to hold it in place otherwise it catches on stuff.
